Scrum simulation with LEGO4Scrum
Lego4Scrum is a workshop where you come into contact with the basics of Scrum. Scrum was set up according to the philosophy of “see-feel-change” or learning by doing. This means you achieve success in small steps along the way, rather than after a lot of work implementing the systems and then fail. During this workshop you will come into contact with the basics of Scrum. The workshop has been set up according to a unique approach which makes this workshop suitable for people who want to see how Scrum works and for teams that already work with Scrum, but want to improve themselves.
The Leg4Scrum workshop consists of the following parts:
- Explanation of the Scrum Framework;
- Applicability in your own environment;
- LEGO game part;
- Conclusion and discussion.
The Lego4Scrum workshop gives you a good understanding of the benefits of the Scrum framework by letting them experience you in an interactive way.
